Shipping prices will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout of your purchase. There is a standard shipping or express shipping option.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

You can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.  Items shipped by Australia Post can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If the product is handmade for example jigsaw puzzles, delivery time frames can be longer. Please read the product description carefully which will state any expected product delivery delays. 

DELIVERY DAYS

If there are any manufacture delays due to high demand we will place the expected wait time on the homepage under the top banner.

Unfortunately due to courier services only being available from Monday to Friday, we only deliver on these days. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Parcels will be sent and left at your “shipping address” provided when making the order. Couriers have authority to leave parcels without an authorised signature.
